    Worked well for the first 29 days we owned it. Now, when you shut the door, the microwave turns on all by itself and you can’t turn it off. After googling, seems this is a fairly common issue with this microwave. We’ve unplugged it & submitted a service request to Samsung...appointment time in 1 week.

    We bought a NEW microwave and they shipped us an open box. It was filthy dirty. We did not accept and they could not order us another b/c they were out of stock in the warehouse. We bought elsewhere

    Microwave turns on by itself when you close it sometimes. Instants return. Didn't bother getting another new one because I googled the issue and apparently its a thing with this unit.

    Microwave automatically started when you plugged in. The only way to stop it is to open the door or unplug it. Samsung sent out tech and couldn't repair. They delayed it for 2 weeks and it's passed return date. Never buy Samsung again.

    Pretty disappointed with this purchase. Open the door and the microwave turns on by itself. Should have taken it back but opted to contact Samsung Service. Still waiting for fix. Other than that it looks nice. Have to hit two buttons to do a quick 30 sec heat, be nice to just hit one like most other microwaves.

    Reheat does not work well, over cooks. Only a single beep when food is ready. In general a poor preforming product. Very sad.

    Unfortunately I'm experiencing the door issue that a lot of others are having and i'm not willing to risk exchanging it. Going to look at other brands. All other appliances I own are Samsung branded, sadly the microwave will not be.

    Reconsider for service deliver and delivery

    I bought wall mount microwave with delivery and fixing service. They never show up for two days with wasted my time. They rescheduled me after over 2 weeks which I rather buy new one and gave service faster. My family had to suffer without microwave over three week and I ended up cancelled this order.
