    This Samsung Microwave stopped functioning less than 10 months of us. It is not recommended.

    The microwave's power supply died in less than a year. Samsung has the worst customer service.

    Stopped working two weeks after warranty expired

    Two weeks after the one year warranty expired, it stopped working. They said it is most likely the magnetron. $175 to come out and look at it and replace the magnetron, even though the part is covered under warranty. Don’t buy this product.

    I will never make a online purchase again & have shared my horrible experience with everyone I know. Extremely unprofessional in riverside store blaming BB corporate & Covid for the missing items and wrong information.

    Its only been a couple weeks, but the microwave is working perfectly. I selected "NO" on the recommendation just because its too early to tell if something is wrong with the brand.
