Two weeks after the one year warranty expired, it stopped working. They said it is most likely the magnetron. $175 to come out and look at it and replace the magnetron, even though the part is covered under warranty. Don’t buy this product.

I will never make a online purchase again & have shared my horrible experience with everyone I know. Extremely unprofessional in riverside store blaming BB corporate & Covid for the missing items and wrong information.

Excellent microwave I like the stainless steel covering

Its only been a couple weeks, but the microwave is working perfectly. I selected "NO" on the recommendation just because its too early to tell if something is wrong with the brand.

I may revise this after the warranty claim, but the turntable and exhaust fan for the microwave stopped working 3 weeks after delivery. I made a warranty claim and it is scheduled to be fixed on 8/21. Pray for me!

Bought all SAMSUNG for our house abs had fridge go out less than 6 months and they didn’t wanna fix it. HIGHLY don’t recommend anything Samsung

DO NOT BUY!! Wish I could give this item negative stars. The unit caught on FIRE a year after we bought it. 3 months later, I’m still dealing with Samsung and their terrible customer service.

Weak fan

If you’re setting this up for recirculating vent fan mode, don’t get this product! It’s fan is super weak. Initially I thought it must be broken so I returned it but even the second microwave I got had the same weak fan issue.

Lasted four weeks. Will be on the phone with customer service tomorrow. The door on it is crooked as well. Decided we could live with it given the effort to take it back down. Very disappointed.
