The worst order Ive made! Microwave seems like it’s great but the customer service, treatment, lack of ownership was terrible. Took me 3mos to receive my order due to Mistake on the company.

Quit working after 20 days. 5 days too long to return it to Best Buy. Now dealing with Samsung, and they are hard to understand because they do not speak clear English.

First one came broke second one broke after a month third came damaged

Has power issues. Keeps running. Does not work well. Don't buy.
The best cooking experience is what we want our customers to have. Let's go ahead and check the possible solution for this.
We do not recommend using an extension cord with this appliance. If the power-supply cord is too short, have a qualified electrician or serviceman install an outlet near the appliance.

Unfortunately the microwave I picked up was defective. Once plugged in it started but never stopped running. It took my time to install, measure, etc and ended up in mounting because it didn’t work. The black SS looked amazing though.
We understand that a newly purchased unit should work.
We recommend installing this appliance by a qualified technician or service company to avoid any electric shock, fire, an explosion, problems with the product, or injury.

We ordered a white over the range microwave and instead received a stainless steel product. 3 phone calls and still no correct order. Need anything else said?
