Works great. Easy to install. Need to touch start button for all settings. I didn't have to do that with my old microwave. Miss that.

I was very pleased with the professional service I received from Best Buy. The service techs arrived on time and installed the microwave in an efficient manner. However, I would not recommend the Samsung microwave. They seem to put all their efforts into the look rather than function. The overhead light is so dim, I can't see well enough to read recipes, cooking times, etc. It's more of a night light. I've had to adjust my normal cooking times because it takes so much longer than my old microwave. In fact, It takes just as long to heat up food in this one as it did in my old, dying unit. Maybe this is normal for new microwaves now, but I'm not happy with its performance. So if you want a nice-looking appliance, this fits the bill; but don't buy it if you want a true, fast-cooking microwave.

Clock does not hold accurate time. Own both this microwave & samsung gas range. The clock loses on average 6-7 seconds per day compared to the range clock. In just one week. The microwave wanders to one minute behind time. Basically every week, it loses a minutes worth of time. Very annoying owning both products the same brand and they will not hold time together. You would think in 2024? The devices would notice each other and match clock settings.

Before you buy, always look at the features before the price. It's missing some features that my old one had. It's just not the same.

Overall is a great Microwave only set back is that it doesn’t auto time the minutes. If You need 2 minutes have to press 2:00 unlike other ones that by touching the number alone will auto start.

I replaced an old Samsung microwave with a new one of the same make. It’s a OTR and with a few modifications I was able to do the installation all by myself. Ordered on line and was delivered promptly.

This is exactly what I wanted/ needed after my old countertop microwave bit the dust. Not only is it easy to use, but the over the range style is perfect. We did curbside pickup, they put it in our SUV and my husband installed without any problems. I downloaded the user manual from the internet since it didn’t come with a printed book. That worked out just fine. It’s a great microwave at a very reasonable price.

We had one of these that we bought in 2020, in less than one year, we had ot replace the handle. By the time the warranty ran out at 2 years, we had to replace the unit. It worked great up until then. If you buy it, buy the extended plan as well. Just in case

Nice microwave. Looks great - easy to clean. The only thing I miss is that it doesn't have the speed settings - like if you want to cook something for one, two or three minutes - my old microwave had a one-button touch for those.

An excellent product! Works as a ln inexpensive, no-frills microwave should. Installation instructions where clear and easy to understand. And, it came with a comprehensive hardware kit!
