Love this Samsung microwave. It’s door closes quietly and all of it’s operations are quieter than the 10- year-old model I replaced.

The microvave quit working after four years and chaanging the fuse did not fix the problem.

Have had this microwave for just over a year and the latch the spring attaches to broke. Not the $14 replaceable latch, had to replace the entire door for $170 because the spring was attached to a piece of plastic in the door

We purchased this Samsung microwave as a replacement for our old one.
Overall it does everything you would expect a microwave to do.
The only issue we have with it, is to very loud. Our old one was much quieter.

fire hazard

You have to push hard on the buttons sometimes 2 or 3 times to get them to work. Also when you touch the door a certain way the microwave STARTS on its own and pushing the STOP button does not shut it off. You have to open the door or unplug it. That is very dangerous. Took it back for a refund.

Poor desing - Dark control panel

Just had this unit installed today. It is louder than the GE model I had prior to this. Loud enough that I find it annoying if you are sitting in the kitchen and talking to others. The biggest problem is that the control panel does not light up except for the clock. I cannot see the numbers and have to use a flashlight in order to see the numbers and commands on the panel. This is inconvenient and not practical at all. Heats up well. Finger Resistant feature is nice.
