Great looking microwave! Goes great with the other appliances.
Only gripe so far is like everyone else said, having to manually put in the minutes.
If you can deal with that, no problems so far

Bought this to replace another Samsung microwave that finally died after 11 years. Am very disappointed - it has fewer sensor cook button options, everything is coded - so you need to know that D-1 is defrost hamburger. It also one let you run the timer and cook at the same time. This would have been a deal breaker if I had realized this before purchasing it.
Hi there Meier1977, I would like to congratulate you on your new Samsung Microwave and thank you for taking the time out of your day to post your review. I understand your concerns with the drastic changes from your previous unit. I would like to send this information to our design team for future products made with you in mind. We thank you for choosing Samsung in your family's home. ^Brad

Fast and dependable
Glad I made the purchase a Best Buy. They have good service and good people
Will shop there again for any appliances
Much better than other big stores
Easy to pick up appliances. The people are happy to help order it online. It was easy and efficient.
The brand of microwave has very good reviews, which I always take notice of
Also purchased a dryer and again good service for new people

We needed a new microwave to fit in a finished kitchen and so the dimensions were extremely important. There are not as many preset buttons as some others but the simplicity makes it easy to read, even in dim lighting.
The interior size is big enough for a full size casserole, the power is good and the fan works better than our last microwave.
Our only complaint -- you can't use the timer and cook at the same time (which was possible on our old microwave). So - if we set the timer for something in the oven and then want to heat something up in the microwave, we have to turn the timer off. Fortunately, we have another timer on the stove top.

So far so good. The only thing I don't like about it, which is me being very fussy because I'm used to it working that way, is when I press the quick 30 sec button it doesn't just automatically turn on like most of them do, I still have to press start.
