Good oven. Not hard to install with a little help from a neighbor.

At first it was turning on and running by itself and we were worried, but then we realized it was our own mistake and we didn’t put the top part on correctly so the sensor wasn’t working correctly. We readjusted it and it worked great. Very nice. Yes, the light is very low, wondering if we can swap it out when this one dies, if it ever does. But really nice looking in the kitchen.

Exhaust fan a bit weak. Had this replace another OTS fan which was worse than this one, but little of the smoke and water vapor goes through the fan.

Great replacement for an earlier model that was 1.5 cu ft to this 1.7 cu ft.

Works great, no areas still cold after heating up. Popcorn button does cause popcorn to burn but still good product

Easy to install and get going. Replacement for prior microwave that went out. Functions like the prior one.

Looks great with the Samsung range however I find that it takes more effort to press the buttons than your average microwave so that's why I'm taking off one star (especially since it's raised above my head). I also wish that it would start automatically after pressing any of the # buttons and the +30 seconds but this is definitely not a dealbreaker by any means!

Our Samsung microwave failed so we wanted to match our existing appliances! The new microwave was exactly what we wanted! Thanks Best Buy!

Picked the unit up at one of their warehouses. It was ordered "online" ahead of time and when I picked it up they loaded the unit into my vehicle for me. This unit replaced a Kenmore unit that started to have electrical issues. The microwave's top screw holes were in a different location then the Kenmore and also the mounting bracket had to be moved a little bit for this unit to fit. Everyone was friendly at the warehouse. Overall, if the unit has no issues as time goes on, it was a great deal!

This is a really nice microwave. It is not too small and not so big that it looks bad. It gets the job done fairly well.

Was easy to install and does the job when it comes to warming up food. The only con, and maybe I’m nitpicking a little bit, but there isn’t an express ability. I have to push 1-0-0-start for a one minute warmup as opposed to microwaves I’ve had in the past and allowed me to press “1” and it’s starting right up.

This is a very nice microwave especially for the price. It seems to heat really well and is quiet. The door is a little harder to pull open than my old microwave, but it’s still a nice appliance.

Don't like it too much hard to see the numbers. The inside of the plate gets hot when the light on the outside underneath it, his turn on. Always have to clear each time. I do quick start for heat

I like this microwave, just enough features for what is needed. Didn't end up spending a boat load on it. thanks

Nice microwave. Works really well and does not continuously beep when done, so not annoying! Does show every fingerprint tho.
