Kind of downgraded from last unit. Switched from fridigeair. Was spoiled with double bulbs to illuminate stovetop. Control panel seems to hide itself. Impossible to read unless overhead lights are on. I miss having more auto on features. Performs adequately at this point.

Pad numbers and pre-programmed settings little hard to press for the microwave to work for items in the microwave. Pad is somewhat hard to read in normal lighting have to turn on overhead to really see numbers and red letters.

This is my second one. I love it. My first one stopped working apparently because I didn't turn on the fan while canning and the hot steam for extended time damaged it. NOT making that mistake with this one.

We replaced our 5 year old Samsung microwave the same size. We would give this new 5 stars, except we lost a couple of features. The main One used most often was to stop the turntable for larger dishes. It’s very nice looking.

Very easy microwave to operate. It fit above the stove like it was made especially for our kitchen.

Had a short wait for the product, but it was worth it. Both our refrigerator and microwave crapped out in our new house. The warranty covered nothing and our "new" microwave was 20 years old. This little beauty is just perfect.

First one was a terrible experience then when we finally had it installed it did not work called Best Buy and was finally able to get the whole fiasco resolved this microwave hasn’t given us and problems and works and easy to clean.

The unit was delivered on time and installed in a jiffy. The microwave is easy to use and efficient.

My earlier Samsung failed. It would begin running when you opened the door. I bought this to replace it. After installing it (along with a hired handyman) and we peeled off the plastic sheet covering the controls, the face of the controls looked like it had melted. So much for quality control. I then had to run to Best Buy for a replacement while my handyman was sitting in my home. We have had issues with our Samsung fridge and stove as well.

Best microwave ever loved it works great and heats up food really good

The microwave works great. It was easy to install. It has a simple keypad design with all necessary functions. We are very satisfied to date.

Easy to install,only complaint is that you have to ensure the door is closed properly as it emits a sound as though its in operation,when it isn’t

Simple and nice. The stainless steel gives you that pop. It’s a Samsung so the quality is great. If you’re looking for a replacement, this will not disappoint.
