This microwave is quiet and looks modern. Our Maytag went out and we went with this Samsung. The technicians here in Santa Fe, NM were excellent! They were professional, quick and worked hard at installing this new microwave about our stove. The brackets were different so they had to install new bracketing. They were so good! Thank you for picking up our old microwave, and all that hard work at installing.

Great microwave overall functions great. I’m just disappointed that it didn’t last long, only lasted a year. I’m starting to notice that Samsung appliances are poor quality.

Very easy to install and Durable Add a very good price

This microwave looks great and works perfectly. The only issue I have, is the trim around it. So you have the stainless and then a black film framing the glass. This is ok for most, but for short people - you can’t see inside. Ha ha. I am too short and have to stand on my tip toes or use a stool to see the food on the turn table.

Works like it should. No bells and whistles but perfect for the price.

Buyer beware. If you have a warranty issue, Samsung has the worst warranty policies and customer service. I bought this microwave for my elderly mother. After about 6 months it caught on fire while in use and she immediately turned it off. I called Samsung and they sent Service Quick for the warranty repair. They determined the microwave was 'arcing' without anything in it and defective. I then asked Samsung to replace the unit. They advised that could take at least 20 business days and when they did deliver the replacement microwave, they wouldn't install it our haul away the old unit. I would need to pay for someone to install and haul away. Even though they acknowledged the unit was defective. After that they would only reimburse for a portion of the installation and haul away cost. This was a $215 microwave with a million dollar headache caused by Samsung's defective product and terrible customer experience. Their whole warranty process is designed to fatigue you down to giving up, which I ultimately did. I will never buy another Samsung product again as result of this experience. Their customer service and warranty policy is not customer friendly, to say the very least.

Its a standard microwave. Nothing special. Just a solid citizen.

The unit performs well and looks good. When its on sale, its an even better buy.

So many options to cook different foods. Easy-to-read display panel and easy to clean and great looking in the kitchen.

Sometimes abit hard to read the keypad settings compared to the previous Samsung Microwave. This one has a black background Keypad where the previous one had a white background with black lettering. Having older eyes probably has abit to do with it also though. It's great other than that.

Replaced the same one we had for thirteen years. Looking forward to this one doing the same.
