    We bought this microwave as a replacement for the one we had bought a year and a half ago (which was the next model up from this one). This microwave works like it should. I just wish the inside wasn't white. I liked that our previous microwave had a dark interior. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

    In 2 years I had to replace the display board on my GE Microwave twice and it went out again. I decided to replace it with this Samsung and So far good! No complaints, it works perfectly! Time will tell…

    Lots of great features, and the sensor cooking works very well. The only issue for us is the air fry option takes a rather long time compared to our basket style fryer

    Looks great, works great. Hopefully I'll use the convection and air frying capabilities to make it worth it paying extra for this model. 4 stars because they don't include the manual. With a relatively complex microwave, it's a pain to go find the manual online when you want to learn how to do something.

    I am a samsung fan who loves using their products. So I had to choose them as my big appliances manufacturer too. The microwave does what it needs to do. The only bad thing about it is that it is a huge finger print magnet and makes smudges very visable.

    Not a bad over range microwave. A little more basic than our old one. But that only lasted a little over two years before face broke and was difficult to use. This one is simple and seems sturdier. Cooks very well.
