Best Buy had it in stock, rare find. Fast, clean delivery and installation.

Fan and light underneath helps while cooking on stove. Good space inside with easy read digital buttons. Had to have black to match other appliances. Very easy to install. Packed well in box.

It was just over the 1 year manufacture warranty. Luckily, I had the Best Buy extended warranty. An expensive Samsung microwave should last longer than one year. I would not recommend.

Best Buy kept us aware of all of the stages and it was delivered and installed just as promised! Very easy process throughout!
