From date of purchase until now, so far so good. It heats up pretty good and quick. We're enjoying it and hoping that it will last us a long time.

Works as it should, looks great. Lacks a turn table stop function. Best Buy install contractor was quick and efficient. Out with old in with new.

Bought this when bestbuy had package discount going on for Samsung appliances. The microwave has good space, power and easy functionality to use.

It works perfectly and is easy with the instructions. It must be more powerful than my other which I thought was identical because it heats things up more quickly

Love the functions and how well it warms, defrost, reheat etc. BUT I wish they made a fingerprint free one. I suppose it's the color as my stainless one before this one did n now show prints as bad. This one shows them allllll the time. Drives me crazy!

I was very pleased with the workman who installed my new microwave. He was very professional and very neat and took everything as well as my old one with him. He was in and out in approximately 40 minutes.

Sleek looking microwave. Works great. Light underneath for the stove is very dim, we had to change it out for a brighter one.

First time doing this to.pick up my stove top microwave. Overall fine, but things to note. 1. Why does it take 4 day to get to my store from a local warehouse. 2. Warehouse handling is questionable...actually not pleased. The bottom of the box was all torn up as if it caught on something. Luckily there was 2" Styrofoam separating the unit from the box so no damage. I was lucky...I mentioned this to curbside delivery person and he had no answer. Would I do again? Hhmmm. Probably not for appliances. Maybe small things.

Bought this for my mom as a gift and she loves it. Has not complained about anything and it’s been a few months.

Had to replace an old unit and this one was perfect

It works as intended, but im not a fan of the way the buttons are. You have to apply to much pressure to activate them.
