We moved into our house and the previous microwave just gave out. I have always trusted Samsung electronic not only for TVs and tablets but for kitchen appliances. This one did not disappoint. Sleek design, great functionalities, quite and matches great with our other Samsung appliances. Highly reccomend this microwave.

I wish it would turn on with just pressing the desired number of minutes without having to press start.

This is our second time purchasing this microwave - for two different homes. For the price, it's great! Has lots of features and was easy to install. The only downfall was trying to figure out how to set the time, which the directions weren't super clear on and took time messing with the buttons. Overall, great buy for the price.

Works great and looks great in the space as well. If I’m in need of something I will always check for open box price reductions first. I’ve yet to be disappointed!

Great product, but we were really disappointed with the installation crew. Our window for delivery and installation was from 12 noon to 8 pm (a very long time to wait) and they did not even arrive within that window of time. They rang the doorbell at 8:40 pm to install the microwave. NOT acceptable and not even a phone call or text to say they would be delayed.

This was a replacement for a much older microwave and it fit perfectly. It had easy to understand instructions for both mounting and using.

Disappointed that buttons are not the latest model. When you add "30 second", you then have to hit start. Not like the most updated version.

It was great that Samsung kept the exhaust vent the same size and in the same location as their previous unit that I was replacing so I didn’t have to rework the wall. I don’t know why they relocated the power cord. This did cause me to have to drill another large hole in the cabinet over the microwave. The new microwave works well as expected.

This microwave was good and looks great, other microwaves I've had allows you to cook for 1, 2, or 3 minutes just by pushing the 1, 2, or 3. This one does not, so just not quite as convenient.

Simple over the range microwave. Hard to find anything much cheaper these days.

Works as advertised. We didn't want a lot of extras and this one fit the bill. Only thing I wish it had was volume control on the beep. But works fine.
