I would say make sure you have two able bodied people to install this. With that being said I found the instructions easy to read and follow. It was up and running in 10 maybe 15 minutes.

Good product. Would like a 30 second button though. Had an issue mounting but probably because of my inexperience with such matters.

Nice looking microwave, fits well above the range top

Install great, love the look. Only issue is; the push buttons aren’t as sensitive to touch as I’d hoped. Sometimes have to push harder and move a bit to engage. Maybe I was spoiled with my last microwave in that way.

Kind of downgraded from last unit. Switched from fridigeair. Was spoiled with double bulbs to illuminate stovetop. Control panel seems to hide itself. Impossible to read unless overhead lights are on. I miss having more auto on features. Performs adequately at this point.

Great microwave. Perfect size, easy to use, no problems. The only thing that I would say that seems a bit weird is that when you press the 30 second button you have to hit start afterwards. Most microwaves that I’ve used, you press the 3o second button or a one minute button and it starts right away. Not a big deal though.

Great Product now it FINALLY was delivered. The tech that installed it was fantastic, which is more that I can say for Best Buy and their process. Best Buy had every excuse in the book on all the problems Good thing the tech knew what he was doing and kept in touch with us. He is probably the best tech I ever dealt with.

So far so good. The fan is a bit a bit loud. You have to really press the buttons. Other than that, it works as expected. Wish it has "express cook" settings where I could just press one minute or two minutes etc.

I believe the installers names were Jason and John. Both of them were professional and courteous. They installed the microwave and took considerable care attaching it to the cabinet. Once the job was completed they cleaned up all of the dust particles that scattered. They were terrific.
