It’s a Good oven. It heats food quickly and Thoroughly. The handle is sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will snap off, which happened to my last two microwave ovens.

Difficult to install, but once we got it up it’s a nice microwave. Quality is great so far and it looks good, but it’s worth the money to have in installed just so you don’t have to deal with it.

It is good and easy to assemble. cheap and good quality.

This microwave was purchase so that I can vent the air over the stove. The does a great job it came with extra filter. I havent had any problems with merchandise. The first item I used in it was popcorn.

Since this unit was a replacement for an exact unit that was only two years old and has the same door latch as the previous one I am not impressed. Despite a Geek telling me that it would cost the same to replace the door as to buy a new unit (untrue) two appliance men have told me that it was a simple repair and I did not need a new one.

Please do not buy this model; my review is only for this particular model (Model #ME17R7021ES). I don't know how Samsung microwaves compare to other companies in general. I have already exchanged three of these models in the past three years: the first two from Best Buy and this one from Lowe's. They do not last more than 8 to 10 months. The first one started making a loud noise and I was able to exchange it at Best Buy within 30 days. The second one Samsung came out to replace the parts and it worked for a few months before it completely stopped. On to my third one from Lowe's with a 5-year extended warranty. Exactly after 9 months, it stopped as well. Samsung is coming out to replace parts again. The reason why I kept going back to this model was due to the wall support that comes with the microwave so that I don't have to keep drilling for other brands as they are all a little different. Please stay away from this model completely, it qualifies for the worst appliance in the market.

had to buy a new microwave, the old samsung lasted 7 years, still looks brand new, don't know why it won't work anymore, hopefully this one, which looks identical will last longer.

I bought my Samsung Over the Range microwave last month and I am very satisfied and I did not regret for purchasing it. it is affordable and easy to use. it did not give me and my kids a hard time heating up foods and cooking food quickly. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

The size wasn't what I expected so I had to do a lot of customizing to make it work but I got it done.

The buttons are extremely stiff and hard to push. My children (8&13) have a difficult time pressing them.

I bought this Microwave as part of my kitchen remodel. I have other Samsung kitchen appliances, and I'm glad that I was able to find a microwave that compliments the rest. This product is user friendly and competitively priced; I'd definitely recommended purchasing it.

Attractive look. Have only been using it for a short time, but appears to be fine. A small amount of confusion with operating procedure, but expect that will improve as time goes by.

It’s a microwave. Easy to install, my previous microwave was a GE and the holes for the plate matched up almost perfectly. Only complaint is the ‘buttons’ are sometimes difficult to trigger.

Works good. Got it a lot cheaper on open box updated all my appliances. No issues with it looks good over the Samsung stove

Good microwave with just the features we needed and none of the extras we didn't need. Simple installation since it was replacing our previous microwave which was a 12 year old samsung also.
