had to return 2x, first one would turn on and stay on once door is closed, 2nd one fan/vent would not work.. went w a whirlpool

Very nice microwave. Matches my new gas range that I also purchased from Best Buy. Both appliances are Samsung and I’m very pleased with both purchases the delivery people did a great job installing too Great customer service.

It's not fancy, but it works well. It function as well as our previous GE model, but we have to get used one touch time function. This model you always have enter the time manually.

Just a good all around microwave. Like the black stainless steel

Love new microwave. One thing I would change is a lighted face around menu. At night I have to turn on alight to see numbers.

I tricked my son into thinking we were getting a mini microwave. He was relieved to see this was a regular size. It does it’s job and fits nicely above the stove

Got this at a good deal when I purchased 3 of the same product. Works well but sometimes the turn table seems to get stuck.

Works as it should, looks great. Lacks a turn table stop function. Best Buy install contractor was quick and efficient. Out with old in with new.

Bought this for my mom as a gift and she loves it. Has not complained about anything and it’s been a few months.

It had the missing screws and name letters were missing. I thought it will be good when I purchased as it was in the box. I could not check the details clearly because it was in box. but when I opened, saw those issues. It turned out be a very average product for the price I paid. I would not recommend to people to buy this type of boxed products without seeing it.

High light is way to dim over your stove and no way to clear time that Ive found. Otherwise gr8 buy.

This unit replaced a 2004 General Electric Over Range Microwave. The 2004 was easier to read the face and had convenience features that made it simple to use. I have a Samsung refrigerator which is fantastic which is why I chose this unit. I would buy the GE unit again if I had a chance. Rates average because it is not a step up from a 16 year old GE.
