We love our new microwave! Works like a dream and looks beautiful! We used Best Buys installation service and the guys were great. In and out in no time!

This microwave is very nice looking. The finish is of good quality and easy to clean. It is very easy to operate and self explanatory. It is not noisy when running.

I purchased this microwave January 2023 and the door stopped closing before the end of the year. I contacted Samsung and they replaced the door. They told me the spring inside the door malfunctioned. Well, here I am again, having the exact same issue! I’m sure I will have to fix it myself this time, which sucks because it doesn’t last a YEAR! this model isn’t worth the hassle. I’ve had microwaves last me more than 10yrs. In fact, the microwave I replaced this with was the original one installed when my home was built. It’s only pretty but, it’s cheap and I found out this is a common issue. I haven’t been able to get in touch with Samsung yet about this.
