Microwave Mayhem

This one turns on when you just shut the door! The last one was a convection oven and air fryer, and the microwave feature didn’t work!!! It’s a microwave! It took them 2 attempts to fix it until samsung was willing to exchange it out. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm!?!? If not I’m getting a different brand. It’s hard to match black stainless steel perfectly.

However instead of having separate buttons to press the new model had a push pad which does not function well with older fingers. Very frustrating and also disappointed.

Less expensive models have a 1,2,3 minute cook time with single pad entry of the number. The unit was on sale but had no display model to look at or try. Might have bought a different model. Otherwise cooks as expected.
