Looks great, easy to use and works well. It fit into the space the previous microwave was in and the existing trim ring fit perfectly.

It was defective. I didn’t bother to plug it in before mounting it to the cabinet. I’ve installed dozens of over the range style microwaves in my lifetime, so I proceeded with installing it. When I plugged it in, it ran continuously, couldn’t stop it without open the door or unplugging it. I even put an ice cube in it, let it run for 5 mins, didn’t melt. I ended up uninstalling it and returning it the next day.

Good so far, a bit noisy. Hope it lasts longer than my previous one.

The price decreased $50 after I purchased this item with no adjustment to my purchase price. The "touch " system on this microwave can be annoying if not pressed directly on function you are trying to use.

If the microwave has power but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle. Please check this link for details.

You should also check if the child lock is enabled, as once this is enabled, the microwave oven cannot be operated accidentally. The oven can be locked at any time.
