I bought this as an open box in excellent condition, it had a geek squad quality checklist taped to the box with check marks for: client information removed checked but the original purchasers information was still on the box, all functional parts of unit are present but the microwave turntable plate was missing. Unit has been cleaned and sanitized but there was broken glass in the case which I proceeded to get in my finger and have to dig out. When I turned the fan on broken glass starting flying out as well as sawdust. The weird part of the black glass being in the case was the microwave was fine, so I do not know if the glass plate was black and this was what broke. I already took down the old microwave so I decided not to return it and ordered a replacement microwave plate from Amazon but it is apparent that agent a1410000 from Round Rock, TX did not check this at all which now makes me leary to ever buy an open box product from Best Buy online again.

I hate that the vents are on top of the microwave. I would return if it wasn’t to late. Not a bad microwave. It does what it is supposed too. The install was trash too.

Item is easy to install and easy to use , but the fan is little loud noise

The internal tray is smaller than the similar prior model I had, and the fan has only two speeds (vs. four in earlier model). It does heat-up things faster though and is a nice design.

The microwave is a great color and was in great condition. Just wish it had 1 button express cook feature.
