Could be better, My 20 year old microwave had more features than this one I would have kept it but it was in white. The advantage to this one is that it uses less time and he eats food fast.

Operates fine looks fine but if you leave the light on the inside gets so hot it almost Burns you

Replaced a discontinued previous model that finally broke. Ended up replacing this model with the 1.9 cu ft model because that one had a stronger fan

Great timely delivery and installation. It is louder than our 26 year old prior microwave, but much more powerful. It also matches our Samsung oven we bought last year.

Purchased for my mother, who still had a counter-top microwave and a range hood that stuck out too far. It’s been wonderful for her. She loves it. It gets basic use - heating things up and defrosting.

This is a great microwave. I'm happy that I decided to put one over the stove. It works wonderfully! Pops my popcorn perfectly!

Doesnt have a light on the setting panel makes it hard to see . Have to turn on kitchen light to set cook time

I love the cool features of this microwave. All my appliances are Samsung Brand. I love the way they play music instead of beeps.

Even though I did my research, appliances these days are such a crapshoot! I thought I was making a good, educated decision - even once you narrow it down, there are always tons of great reviews and those couple of scary "stay away" ones... This is a STAY AWAY one. Liked the performance of this micro, heated great. 14 months in and one big POP - there goes the magnetron! Now it's just a useless piece of metal junk! Barely 30 days out of the warranty period!! Beyond furious - now I have to spin the microwave roulette wheel for a replacement, but will NOT be replacing with a samsung!

This Samsung microwave is just like my last one. I was satisfied with that microwave and sure I will love this one as well.

Product was great once it worked. Bought open-box and said it had everything... DID NOT! Triple check open-box purchases!

Looks and works good. Good value compared to others

I ordered the Samsung Microwave online because of the great reviews it got. The order process was easy and I picked up in store. An Associate loaded for me and I was on my way home. So far the Microwave is working great and looks good as well.

Please do not buy this model; my review is only for this particular model (Model #ME17R7021ES). I don't know how Samsung microwaves compare to other companies in general. I have already exchanged three of these models in the past three years: the first two from Best Buy and this one from Lowe's. They do not last more than 8 to 10 months. The first one started making a loud noise and I was able to exchange it at Best Buy within 30 days. The second one Samsung came out to replace the parts and it worked for a few months before it completely stopped. On to my third one from Lowe's with a 5-year extended warranty. Exactly after 9 months, it stopped as well. Samsung is coming out to replace parts again. The reason why I kept going back to this model was due to the wall support that comes with the microwave so that I don't have to keep drilling for other brands as they are all a little different. Please stay away from this model completely, it qualifies for the worst appliance in the market.
