Opened the box to find all the mounting equipment an instructions missing. Reached out to Best Buy with my Receipt since it was only purchased a few weeks ago an they refused to help stating they do not carry parts they advised to contact Samsung. Reached out to the manufacturer advising parts are missing parts can they shipped new parts they advise to return the microwave since it was recently purchased to exchange for a new microwave with all the parts. Reached back out to bestbuy with what Samsung said an they blame me for not bringing the microwave with all the parts to exchange. That has been my problem since the purchase!!!!!! Ugh I mean no help at all between these two parties now I have a microwave without mounting parts that isn’t even my fault! Never again! Worst ever

2nd microwave. Had to return the 1st one that sounded like a jet engine. We bought all Samsung appliances for kitchen. Fridge's freezer went bad in 1st week as well. I like the appliances as long as they continue to work, but Samsung Customer Service is awful. Best Buy, on the other hand, worked with us on the issues. We won't buy Samsung again. Btw, a salesperson at Home Depot warned us about Samsung customer service being the worst out there, and so did my neighbor. We should have listened.

The microwave is great but the venting is horrible. The light is not very bright. I woukd not recommend this microwave.
