First I had one delivered. It worked for 3 days and then it started running when door closed, no cool time set, couldn’t stop it from cooking.
Unplugged, tried again. Still problem. Just ram cooking whenever door closed. I returned it and then bought and picked up same model at a different location. Installed new one today, and after opening the door 4 times, the handle broke. I’m addition this is the same model, but different filter configuration, and different hole pattern for mounting it. So my cabinet now looks like Swiss cheese and I still don’t have a working microwave.
Very unhappy.

Bought this microwave and had it professionally installed by Best Buy. It's now broken. 4 months. I've never had a microwave break except for the one that this one replaced (the old one worked for 10 years without issues). I purchased this, along with the Samsung dual oven stove. Would not recommend or buy either again. Worst appliances I've ever had!! I love their TVs. (I had heard bad things about Samsung appliance reliability - but it go great ratings for the quality of the black stainless.) :-(

I love the size and sleek appearance. However, it does continue running after the cycle completes and it says end.

Even though I did my research, appliances these days are such a crapshoot! I thought I was making a good, educated decision - even once you narrow it down, there are always tons of great reviews and those couple of scary "stay away" ones... This is a STAY AWAY one. Liked the performance of this micro, heated great. 14 months in and one big POP - there goes the magnetron! Now it's just a useless piece of metal junk! Barely 30 days out of the warranty period!! Beyond furious - now I have to spin the microwave roulette wheel for a replacement, but will NOT be replacing with a samsung!

it's two weeks old and it broke this morning. Goes to start and then shuts off. Display goes off. Like power got shut off but the power is good.
Display comes back on in a few minutes but same thing happens if I try to start it. My last microwave lasted nearly 20 years with no problems.
Looks good and worked well for as long as it worked anyway.

Very attractive microwave nice looking decent features unfortunately after having five of them continuously installed didn't replace due to some type of damage or flaw

The vent is not pulling air so steam just rolls up to the front and covers the front of the microwave. The manual says it should also be coming on automatically when it detects heat/steam so it doesn’t damage the microwave but it is not doing that so I suppose the microwave will be damaged before long without it pulling air. It is also very loud on high and pretty loud on low and says it will only work on low when the microwave is running. Who runs the microwave the whole time they are using the stovetop?? Samsung will not help since we did not hire a professional installer which is not necessary since we are only using it as recirculating. The vent should pull air no matter how the microwave is screwed to the wall. When I call Best Buy I just get transferred to Samsung. Unfortunately we didn’t get other kitchen updates done and get this installed until right after the return by date otherwise I would be returning.

Received two separate microwave ovens for installation. There were chips in the porcelain on the right lower corner of the microwave. The installer took back the chipped microwave and said Best Buy would be calling. That was four days ago. Haven’t heard a word. I will be calling Tuesday.

I wanted to love this microwave but this is the second one. The first stopped working after about 2 days, the second time we tried to use it. We put in the time and pressed start, heard a small pop and it never came on again. It took 3 weeks for it to be replaced and this one is making weird noises while cooking. Certainly disappointed in this.
