Was never offered an extended warranty. Would not of bought from best buy if I would of known this. I will never shop here again. Check your warranty before buying people....0 rating...

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my Electrolux after 13 years, with Samsung. Not happy with the touch pad. You have to press a few times a with a lot of pressure. Missing a lot of features for shortcuts Would not recommend. I thought I just had to break it in for the touch pad to work better but it didn’t and now I have to keep since past the return policy.

Broken Microwave

DON’T BUY THIS ONE!!!
