High quality appliance that I have owned for quite a while now and no problems so far, easy to clean and no scratches. Delivery was fast and smooth and time frame was on point.

It’s very sturdy and such a nice design. Works great!

Easy to use works great. The only downfall is if you are installing this under cabinets over your stove the fan dose not work well when you are boiling things, or cooking over high heat. the microwave will get all steamed up and you will have to keep whipping off the moisture as it can get dripping wet. if you don't have cabinets the fan will be higher up and work better.

Personally I brought this in replacement to a microwave that went out! East to install less than 30 min if it fits your mounted frame. It’s big but in the inside small! Heats up quick I have no complaints

I am always hesitant to purchase a Samsung, due to many negative experience in the past. But due to a sale, I decided to try it again. So far, all is working well and it is a very nice looking microwave.

I previously purchased a Samsung microwave 10 years ago. The number pad stopped working. So I started searching for a replacement. My main factor for buying another Samsung was to make the instal as easy as possible. I did not want to try another brand and have to remeasure the bracket all over, find studs, drill, etc. Sure enough, this one uses the same bracket I had on the old one. Easiest replacement ever. As for the microwave, I just use it to heat food and make popcorn and it does both well.

Works great. My only critique is that the clips inside the handle break. It could be because my kids have slammed the door a couple times.

Beautiful microwave. It does show fingerprints you can see from the side. Works great but have to cook a bit longer than the microwave we had previously.

Good fit above our cooktop, vent works well, we have it vented outside. Only draw back is the light gets hot and actual makes the microwave warm.
