I was disappointed because at this price I expected it to have express one touch buttons, but no you have to manually type in 1:00 if that’s all you want. Other than that it’s easy to install and use.

Very nice and beautiful microwave with good power. I wouldn’t change anything about it except to make it a little more quieter.

This microwave was purchased with the Samsung 5.9 Cu. Ft. self-cleaning Freestanding Electric Convection Range - Stainless Steel. It replaced a traditional hood. I like this microwave, it’s a great size, but I wish it had instant one tap cooking buttons for 1 to 6 minutes like my old microwave. Thus, I only gave it 4 stars.

I strongly regret purchasing this microwave. Within just a few weeks, it began tripping the GFCI breaker, the keypad became unresponsive, and the microwave would sometimes continue running even after the timer reached 00:00. These problems happen intermittently, so when Samsung sent technicians (three separate visits), the unit never showed the issue during the appointment. Each time, my concerns were dismissed. To rule out any electrical problem in my home, I hired a licensed electrician to inspect my wiring, everything checked out perfectly. I provided Samsung with the receipt and proof of this, yet I was still asked to somehow "record the issue," which is unrealistic because the malfunction happens unpredictably. Their support has been a nightmare, full of delays, repetitive requests, and zero real solutions. No microwave should trip a breaker or continue running after the timer ends, regardless of being on a GFCI outlet. This is a safety issue and the product simply isn't reliable. I do not recommend this microwave.

Very easy to install. Some of the instructions for installing the charcoal filter were not clear because they are generic and not specific to this model. No frills but looks and works great. Wish it had one touch starting. Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for a simple, low cost, microwave.

Absolutely LOVE that the "all done" beeping stops when you open the microwave door or press stop. We've had so many that don't. Also my daughter is a huge popcorn lover and the popcorn button has made peefect popcorn everytime!! Shes 7 and loves that she can make it herself because we trust the setting.

Perfect smaller microwave. We didn’t have a ton of space but this fit perfectly in the space allotted. Wish the light was a bit brighter. Other than that, it’s a nice looking piece with plenty of features.

The microwave is performing very well. My husband installed easy! Matches other kitchen appliances. We love it . We have had no problems with it, performs very well. We will recommend to others. The price was reasonable especially no interest for 6 months-24 months.Also we liked how the salesperson walked us through each part of the process. It was all done very quickly

Door is off centered, very hard to push pad buttons. I would return it but best buy is very difficult to do repairs and they never answer there phones. Sent emails to company and VIPs and never got a response about a tv we bought and failed before the warranty was up. Buyers beware

I am very pleased with my Samsung Microwave. It works perfectly and so does the exhaust fan. The fan is great drawing out the steam from cooking. am blessed to have found a MW that works perfectly. Thank you.

Microwave looks great and was easy to install myself. Not overly advanced so easy to operate.

We were delighted to purchase this microwave, having read good reviews and having excellent experience with our Samsung TV and refrigerator. We were so disappointed, then, to find it was defective from the first use; the unit routinely turns on when you simply close the door. I wasn't worried, since it was new and under warranty, but I should have been. Reporting the problem online was difficult, and scheduling with the service company was also problematic. They cancelled my original ticket because we could not find a mutually convenient repair date within 10 days, so I had to start over. But the real shock came when the repair tech insisted I remove the installed microwave for them to perform warranty service. In almost 50 years of home ownership and numerous appliance repairs, I've never heard of this. I asked Samsung for a different repair tech who would not insist I do their work, but they refused. I asked Best Buy to return it, but by they said it was too late (past 15 days).

Works great but make sure to wipe it with a microfiber towel or it’ll get scratched. other than that it’s very powerful and I like that it beeps again if you forgot to take out your food

The microwave oven is easy to use, straightforward to clean, and large. I like its easy-to-use functions; it does a great job of warming previously cooked food items.
