One negative feature is turntable. Anything slightly off centered on the glass turntable is just enough weight to prevent table from rotating.

I suppose it's the color as my stainless one before this one did n now show prints as bad. This one shows them allllll the time. Drives me crazy!

Okay but not the best

Really have to put significant pressure for it to read the users’ input. Also the fan runs intermittently after closing the door which seems like an electrical problem with the unit. The only fix we found was to shut the door with some force behind it. Basically slam it shut.

Samsung 1.7 cu ft OTR microwave.

Works fine and the price was reasonable. Hopefully will get more years of service then last one. Time will tell.

I got a brand new one when my first one failed. Then the brand new one failed after a few months of use. I was shocked! The first one started burning inside of it. Other reviews claim similar issues but some report none. Hence I got a second one. A few months later the rotating plate was humming and which was so noisy I couldn’t live with it. At that point I exchanged it because I could no longer return it for a refund. I think the more expensive ones are made better

Best Buy had it in stock, rare find. Fast, clean delivery and installation.
