This is an affordable model that does the job it's suppose to. Easy to clean, easy to install, simply menu system. Heck even the popcorn comes out well...and the reheat option is better than other microwaves I've had.

It seems to heat really well and is quiet. The door is a little harder to pull open than my old microwave, but it’s still a nice appliance.

Was pleasantly surprised to find that the surfaces are fingerprint resistant...very satisfied with that. The only other minor complaint is that it is a little louder than expected; not terrible, just a little loud.

Bought one of the same brand and got lucky. The new one fitted perfectly. No need for drilling holes of fitting a new rail. Even the went fitted perfectly. The new one is a little noise but keeps the house from smelling when frying things. The lighting is great.

It was easy to insteal, although we needed more tape for the vent and replaced the hood in the process. It allows you to enter time to the precise digit. Easy to clean. Doesnt over cook food even on defrost... had to adjust popcorn time though.

Decent Microwave

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are not a ton of offerings in Black Stainless for microwaves in my search for a replacement after ours kicked the bucket 2 years into owning our new home. We chose Samsung since we had a color matching fridge and other appliances already. This thing was a pain to install but I honestly believe any other microwave would have been the same. However sometimes when you close the door after using it if you do it just right (or wrong lol) the microwave will turn on again. We have become use to it and rarely do it now but, it would be more of an issue if you have kids using it imo. It looks nice and cooks well. Outside of the random on when closing the door we have no other complaints with it.

It is easy to use. We hung it over the stove, then decided to add blocks to the bottom of the cabinet. We unscrewed it, added the blocks and couldn't get the microwave hung again. The nuts inside the microwave kept stripping the bolts. We have it sitting on a counter now. Samsung was not helpful at all. Best Buy gave us new bolts to try. Without trying to hang it, we tried to put the bolts in very slowly by hand before trying to hoist it in the air. The bolts were being destroyed with the first couple hand turns. We ended up spending 20 more dollars to get the nuts, we now wait to see if those work. This is very frustrating. If you buy this and get it to hang, leave it alone. ( by the way, we googled and this is a known problem. )
