I purchase this microwave because is easy to set, the dize, cook fast and looks beautiful.

The microwave oven is easy to use, straightforward to clean, and large. I like its easy-to-use functions; it does a great job of warming previously cooked food items.

Works great but make sure to wipe it with a microfiber towel or it’ll get scratched. other than that it’s very powerful and I like that it beeps again if you forgot to take out your food

New so cannot attest to the test of time but it's much quiter than my former microwave. It looks very sharp against my birch cabinets. Really enhances things. It's beautiful inside and out with great, functional features. I like that you need to press start after the +30 seconds option - the microwave doesn't start automatically.

This over the range microwave is awesome!! The stainless steel looks so pretty and really makes my kitchen pop! And it also matches my stove so beautifully. Love the defrost setting and heats up food evenly. Would definitely recommend!

So I’m just a young adult fixing up my kitchen at my trailer and with the huge discount that I was able to get from best buy made my project and my wallets really happy. I honestly really like the product i recieved and the quality of the refurbishment that best buy has done.

Sleek, good fit in standard opening. Love the fingerprint proof finish. The only negative is the finger pad requires a “strong” touch.

Had a rough start with this one...picked this microwave up to replace our broken one but it had a defect. The thread for the internal anchor screw was missing. One side was there but the other one was missing, making mounting impossible. Bestbuy made the replacement process as good as it could be, and had the replacement quickly (had to order, model not in store). I was just out my time to deal with return/pickup process. The replacement had no issues, and so far so good. Those internal anchor threads seem pretty flimsy, maybe why they break easily.

We love our new OTR Samsung microwave. It’s so nice to have it up and out of the way. The exhaust fan is very loud so it’s not used very often. I’m not sure if this is normal and I’m just not used to it.

Great microwave. Great price, President's Day sale. Would be nice if the light over the stove could be set to turn on at a certain time of day. If yiu have no outlet for the fan, be sure to rotate the blower before installing.
