amazing microwave especially for the price Excellent installation guide

Had to carry it out to my truck by my self. No help from the Best Buy lady. Kinda odd, don't you think. Well, here goes. You can push them buttons all day and the thing just sits there. You gotta really mash them buttons and it still doesn't work sometimes. Had my old microwave oven figured out real good. It could cook pop corn likity split. The installation instructions weren't much help. Installed it myself. I like the microwaves with a dial. Just turn the dial and there you go; it works.

A nice budget microwave. It has the usual modes and makes no fuss. Just works reliably. Install was easy as well (if you’re somewhat handy).

Buyer beware. If you have a warranty issue, Samsung has the worst warranty policies and customer service. I bought this microwave for my elderly mother. After about 6 months it caught on fire while in use and she immediately turned it off. I called Samsung and they sent Service Quick for the warranty repair. They determined the microwave was 'arcing' without anything in it and defective. I then asked Samsung to replace the unit. They advised that could take at least 20 business days and when they did deliver the replacement microwave, they wouldn't install it our haul away the old unit. I would need to pay for someone to install and haul away. Even though they acknowledged the unit was defective. After that they would only reimburse for a portion of the installation and haul away cost. This was a $215 microwave with a million dollar headache caused by Samsung's defective product and terrible customer experience. Their whole warranty process is designed to fatigue you down to giving up, which I ultimately did. I will never buy another Samsung product again as result of this experience. Their customer service and warranty policy is not customer friendly, to say the very least.

Great microwave! Nice size. Not a lot of various "control" buttons. Only has one light bulb that shines down on the top of the stove. Would have liked 2 lights for more brightness.

Love this microwave so much! Has never failed us, always heats everything fast.

For what I paid for this microwave, it could have been a little more sophisticated. My old microwave was set up, that if I hit the number "1", it would heat the food for one minute, "2" for two min. and so on. This microwave does not have this feature. I have to actually key in 100 for 1 min of heating time. This is nothing special about the microwave. It's a microwave

I’m glad I measure twice. The template included with the hanging instructions was over a 1/4 inch off and would have made the two hanger bolts difficult to line up. Other than that it was exactly as expected.

This microwave is easy to operate as well as easy to keep clean. The black and stainless finish is attractive as well
