Regrettably the oven door is crooked and does not lineup with the frame correctly. The gap is only about 1/8” but it is noticeable. We expected better from Samsung.

Perfect popcorn

We've had so many that don't. Also my daughter is a huge popcorn lover and the popcorn button has made peefect popcorn everytime!! Shes 7 and loves that she can make it herself because we trust the setting.

I would return it but best buy is very difficult to do repairs and they never answer there phones. Sent emails to company and VIPs and never got a response about a tv we bought and failed before the warranty was up. Buyers beware
