I always loved Samsung products, this microwave is perfect for me

I do not recommend this. I bought this one in 2020 i think in June while i was remodeling my bassement, and we moved to the house on November 2020 so i used it for 3 years now and the handle is broken as you see in the picture! I have never seen a broken microwave handle before! We lived in many places and we used very old microwaves but never saw this. We also use it very gently and every once in a while! Now i cannot use it and i will have to buy a new one after only 3 years!! Does not make any sense. I never thought Samsung are that cheap and poorly made!

Works great and looks great, what more can I say, matches perfectly with the rest of my appliances!

This microwave does its job. It's not the to of the line, but it does everything you need to hear your food.

Samsung can make a foldable phone but not a microwave where you can use the timer and the microwave at the same time. My 20 year old kenmore that this is replacing could even do that. Let’s see what else, you have to push hard on the buttons for them to work, there’s no express cook (meaning if you push the 30 second button, you still have to push start), and it makes a whirring noise after it’s done cooking like a motor winding down. I called Samsung and they don’t know what it is. They sent a service guy out who replaced one part but it didn’t fix it. In fact now after the service guy left, the turntable isn’t functioning properly. They ordered another part and they will be here Tuesday to replace and hopefully they can fix whatever he did to the turntable too. To summarize, my three week old microwave will already have two replacement parts. Thinking about returning.

Very sturdy and well built model. It is faster and stronger than the older model we had, which was a General Electric. We prefer this Model over our older one.

Works great. East to clean and compliments our samsung rsnge.

The best deal for my kitchen this year, is useful and cute

It is easy to use with some automatic choices along with the ability to enter time and power levels. The exterior and interior are easy to clean.

I'm still learning all its functions, but overall I've enjoyed the microwave and love how it looks in my kitchen.

So far so good works great looks great can’t complain a bit I would buy it again.

The microwave is beautiful and works great …the only complaint I have is that after a couple of uses, the handle snapped right off! I don’t use it all that often and nothing unusual happened to stress it (it did not get hit or anything like that). Samsung products usually live up to a higher standard of quality than this, so perhaps mine is a fluke. Hoping so. If not for this one thing, I would be entirely satisfied with this purchase. Rating is tentative and if the handle is fixed with warranty, I will update my rating.

Good clean microwave, easy to use and install. works great

Performance is satisfactory for the simple ways I use it. I cannot see control pad details on black panel w/o kitchen light on at night. Loudest microwave I've ever had which I find very odd in this day and age after having microwaves in my kitchen for 40 years.
