Unfortunately it completely stopped working after a year and a half. We went to make popcorn - bam - no power. I contacted customer service and they informed me it only has a 12 month warranty. A brand bew Samsung microwave and its only covered to last a year. Ugh!! So upsetting from a major brand to see that they dont stand behind their products. My microwave before this ine lasted 15 years with zero issues. My samsung microwave didnt even last 2 years. I would definitely not recommend this product.

Poor Quality

Those plastic parts are connected directly to the inside of the door. Meaning the part to replace is the door itself. Which cost more than the entire microwave. Now I already need a new microwave.
