No help from the Best Buy lady. Kinda odd, don't you think. Well, here goes. You can push them buttons all day and the thing just sits there. You gotta really mash them buttons and it still doesn't work sometimes. Had my old microwave oven figured out real good. It could cook pop corn likity split. The installation instructions weren't much help. Installed it myself. I like the microwaves with a dial. Just turn the dial and there you go; it works.

Old one was warming food evenly but this one warm half then other half when i put it again for few more seconds. i like all the future it has.
