    This is a great microwave. I'm happy that I decided to put one over the stove. It works wonderfully! Pops my popcorn perfectly!

    I love the cool features of this microwave. All my appliances are Samsung Brand. I love the way they play music instead of beeps.

    Like the fact no fingerprints..not crazy about the fact I have to press start every cooking time (30 seconds press start, 1.00 minute press start) otherwise its ok

    This was a great addition to my kitchen. It fit great in the spot between cabinets. Install was smooth and quick. I haven't used all of the functions yet but overall this was a good purchase. Samsung never lets me down.

    Came broken. Same issue as last one after a few years. The door is broken. Would even turn on without holding the door shut.

    Very attractive microwave nice looking decent features unfortunately after having five of them continuously installed didn't replace due to some type of damage or flaw i decided to go with a low profile micowave waiting on installation of low profile microwave this Sunday

    Nuke it all but no manual defrost

    It’s a basic microwave. Only caveat is the inability to set a manual defrost time. Only times are auto defrost times. Otherwise I am able to nuke everything!

    After installation of the second unit still not very satisfied with the quality of the unit. Wanted to get the next model up and was told that it would not be available to Late March or April. What was I to do with my old microwave gone and a big open space over the stove with holes covered with tape. Really unhappy with the entire microwave issue. Guess I am stuck with the unit.

    Works good. The only complaint I have is that the light underneath is very weak. Does not provide adequate lighting for the cooktop.

    2 years and Door Key broke:(

    Love how the microwave looks. We bought this along with the range, dishwasher and fridge. The only problem is that i purchased the microwave in late 2020 and the door key just broke a few days ago. I had to unplug it because the door does not shut all the way now and microwave won't work. I'm not sure this is covered under warranty or if i even have warranty to use:(

    We bought this unit in January and it worked great for the past 6 months. This week it started to fail. We were unable to shut off the vent and had to unplug it for several hours.
