    First I had one delivered. It worked for 3 days and then it started running when door closed, no cool time set, couldn’t stop it from cooking. Unplugged, tried again. Still problem. Just ram cooking whenever door closed. I returned it and then bought and picked up same model at a different location. Installed new one today, and after opening the door 4 times, the handle broke. I’m addition this is the same model, but different filter configuration, and different hole pattern for mounting it. So my cabinet now looks like Swiss cheese and I still don’t have a working microwave. Very unhappy.

    Pretty disappointed with this purchase. Open the door and the microwave turns on by itself. Should have taken it back but opted to contact Samsung Service. Still waiting for fix. Other than that it looks nice. Have to hit two buttons to do a quick 30 sec heat, be nice to just hit one like most other microwaves.

    Unfortunately I'm experiencing the door issue that a lot of others are having and i'm not willing to risk exchanging it. Going to look at other brands. All other appliances I own are Samsung branded, sadly the microwave will not be.

    had to exchanged it. Best buy offered 50dlls to keep it. I couldn't believe it. I absolutely don't want to pay for a damaged appliance

    Vent not working/no helpful customer service

    The vent is not pulling air so steam just rolls up to the front and covers the front of the microwave. The manual says it should also be coming on automatically when it detects heat/steam so it doesn’t damage the microwave but it is not doing that so I suppose the microwave will be damaged before long without it pulling air. It is also very loud on high and pretty loud on low and says it will only work on low when the microwave is running. Who runs the microwave the whole time they are using the stovetop?? Samsung will not help since we did not hire a professional installer which is not necessary since we are only using it as recirculating. The vent should pull air no matter how the microwave is screwed to the wall. When I call Best Buy I just get transferred to Samsung. Unfortunately we didn’t get other kitchen updates done and get this installed until right after the return by date otherwise I would be returning.

    Chipped Samsung over the stove microwave x2

    Received two separate microwave ovens for installation. There were chips in the porcelain on the right lower corner of the microwave. The installer took back the chipped microwave and said Best Buy would be calling. That was four days ago. Haven’t heard a word. I will be calling Tuesday.

    I wanted to love this microwave but this is the second one. The first stopped working after about 2 days, the second time we tried to use it. We put in the time and pressed start, heard a small pop and it never came on again. It took 3 weeks for it to be replaced and this one is making weird noises while cooking. Certainly disappointed in this.

    We like the microwave, but its terrible to clean it. It gets dirty easily and is not fingerprint resistant.

    We purchased this item on 6/17. I don’t remember the exact day that it was installed but we paid $120.00 for the installation. Our house had been under construction from water damage from the freeze in February. We only moved back into our house a week ago. I tried to use the microwave for the first time on July 15 and I could not get it to work. I’ve tried calling our salesman for 2 days and left messages but he does not return my calls. I won’t do business again with Best Buy if they don’t stand behind their products.
