    The worst order Ive made! Microwave seems like it’s great but the customer service, treatment, lack of ownership was terrible. Took me 3mos to receive my order due to Mistake on the company.

    First delivery it was damaged. Second delivery, buttons did not work. Returned and upgraded to a better model. I also did not like that I could not use the toner and microwave at the same time.

    We bough a microwave which was delivered on 12/10/2020 and because I didn’t have help to install it right away, I could only do it on 12/26, once the return period was over. And guess what? The microwave didn’t work!!! Now I am dealing with Samsung, which is another nightmare. I regret so much of this purchase!!

    Cooktop light went out despite replacing bulb and socket. The cost to repair from geek squad was the amount I paid for it. It's only 1.5 years old. What a scam! Do not buy this.

    Needed a new kitchen set for the mother in law after she got her home renovated recently. This microwave is nice and the bundle packaging discount was even better.

    Very upset with this hunk of junk!

    This was finally installed yesterday. The installer was very nice but once he left the unit started making a horrible noise. We contacted Bestbuy after over an hour on hold and had a representative who was nasty and not helpful. He told us since our installation ticket was not closed out yet we had to wait to file a call about the malfunction! I was beside myself. We did not just purchase this but an entire new kitchen from them. Best part was the one they took out was working perfect, we just brought everything a matching set. So here we are with no working microwave and bestbuy offering us no help after spending almost 4000...shameful!

    As soon as I got it installed i had an issue with the door, which makes the microwave turn on by itself. Currently I am unplugging it when not in use.

    Poor Door

    Best Buy installed May 5 2021. July of 2022, the latch on the door breaks. Thirteen months of use and now I have to repair or replace it. The door alone (can't fix the latch...have to replace the entire door) will cost $149...not to mention tax and other charges. It is a shame that a Samsung product barely lasted beyond the warranty period. Not very pleased with Total Tech helping me with this either.

    Stop Working Within 1 Month

    I purchased this microwave thinking Samsung would be a good brand to start with. After 1 month of use, It turned off by itself and I couldn't restart it backup trying all the trouble shooting methods. Samsung sent a technician and he has to carry the unit back to his office because he couldn't get it fixed at my house either. Now, so far I'm left with no microwave for a week.

    I am utterly disappointed. I purchased this back in May, had it installed incorrectly in June and since then multiple installers have come out and stated they don't have the tool to fix it. I've several Best buy numbers to remedy the situation and nothing gets done. It is now July and My kitchen is still not functional. I'm also missing a microwave and the new garbage disposal is leaking every where.

    Bummer Microwave

    This was a lemon micro ! Flipped our electric box switch several times and stopped working after using for one year, had to purchase new one, different brand of course ! Will not buy any Samsung product in the future.! No stars rating !

    Thing broke

    The exhaust fan on the microwave broke after like 2 uses and it sucked coz we made holes in the wall and we had to make new holes in the wall for new one that we bought and it was this whole long process for nothing. Highly would not recommend to anyone.

    Not working properly after 6 months

    We have started to have issues with our microwave. It won't start when you press the button, it seems something is loose because if you giggle the handle, it will start.

    I really like my microwave when I got it but it stopped working less than 30 days after installation and I have to wait for 10 days for a repair person to come out. Would think appliance should just be replaced rather than repaired. Also, am unsure if repairman will have a replacement on hand if he can't fix my current appliance. I dread being without a microwave for another 2 weeks.

    This microwave worked for 5 days and failed. Best Buy was great about getting my money back and actually picking it up. I returned it and bought the more expensive Samsung and it’s been amazing.
