Dead Microwave

The first thing we noticed was you cannot run the microwave and the microwave timer at the same time. That was a huge disappointment. We would not have purchased it if we had known this. And as of today, June 29, 2020, it no longer works! It died while I was warming food for 30 seconds! We checked the wall outlet for power, which was fine, and even plugged it in to another outlet. It still did not work. The only good thing I can say about it is it's very easy to clean.

It does what all microwaves do - cooks food fast, but there’s one thing that it seems they didn’t think through. When you have the timer on the microwave going you can’t cook any food. You have to stop the timer and then do your cooking. It’s very inconvenient.
