My old unit had quick start buttons for 30 sec, 1, 2, 3 and 4 minutes. You'd just press and it would start. This only has a 30 second button, and then you have to press start next. The keypad in general seems to be less touch sensitive than we were used to - have to press harder. The cooking itself seems inconsistent at times, but I haven't done any thorough testing to figure it out. A small mini quiche that needs 45 seconds comes out different each time!?! On the bright side, there are a lot of programmed buttons that we still need to try, that will be convenient if they work as promised. Overall, I'd recommend it - just be sure to check all the features that are important to you.

The features are pretty good especially the sensor cooking, it allows you to cook fresh or frozen vegetables perfectly. The popcorn and pizza settings are also a help. It has plenty of power and vents to the outside if you desire.

The second microwave that came in worked great and looks awsome in our kitchen. Pretty easy to install as I did install the microwave both times it came but it does require two people just as a precaution
