Works well, the only is issue you cannot use the microwave when the timer is in use.

Have had a few microwaves before. This was a great buy for the money. Love the sensor button. Haven't overcooked anything yet

So far I am pleased with the unit. It is very spacious inside, and because I am shorter than average I like the fact that the height makes the bottom lower with very easy access

This microwave has more than met our expectations. It has a rack to do two levels of heating and is very powerful. Quick and even heating with lots of options!

I bought this to replace a 6 year old GE which died unexpectedly. I liked the reviews on the Samsung and decided to try the brand. BB shipped the item quickly for free, important since I don't live close to a retail location and the closest store didn't stock the unit I wanted. I received it in two days. I was able to install the unit by myself although I can see how it would be easier to have two people. The unit looks great and heats quickly. The controls don't seem overly hard to activate unlike the the reviews state. The looks clean and sleek and fits well into our kitchen. The only downside I can think of is that it is somewhat noisier than my old GE which is not a huge concern for us. We especially like the LED under unit light which shouldn't require replacement for a long time and is very energy efficient. I would buy this unit again.

I can't think of anything I don't like about this microwave. It also comes with a rack that you can place in the middle for times when you need to heat/cook with two pyrexes at once.

Very excited about my purchase! Really big fan of the Samsung brand! Can't wait to host family and friends in our new kitchen!

I purchased this for two reasons, I wanted a reliable mid sized microwave and secondly, I wanted it to be the same brand as my oven. Based on my research, this was rated high and the quality met my requirements. I still have yet to install it so I can update my rating later.

we just moved into a new house that had a new microwave already in...one of lesser quality. We had previously owned the samsung microwave that had all the bells and whistles grilling etc but we really never used it so we ordered this one and cannot be more satisfied. its sleek looking with no fingerprints showing! the cook time is quick also. love love it!

Not as good as my first Sansung microwave. The push button key pad is hard to push.

Very attractive and easy to understand instructions. I like the versatility of being able to cook more than one item at a time. The interior shelf is a great function.

We chose this microwave as it was the same brand as our refrigerator and matched it's style and finish. The microwave installed nicely where the old one came out of. So far it has been operating without issue and has some nice features our old microwave oven did not have.

Got this microwave on sale...$100 off. So far so good. Had a samsung previously and lasted about 8 yrs.

Great Microwave for the money. Easy to install. Heats things up much more quickly than my old microwave.
