It has a lot more features than my previous microwave. Therefore, it's taken me a while to get use to them all. Sometimes, I've learned by using the manual, and other times just trial and error. I am really looking forward to being able to cook 2 items at the same time.

We were wrong. It has a different brackets than the old one. But aside from needing some new drill bits, we didn't have much trouble at all getting this installed. It works well, looks great, and the fan isn't very loud at all.

Double decked interior with keep warm feature is great for a multi course meal when you are cooking for a crowd. There is a carousel for even cooking on bottom, and a removable metal rack on top for cooking multiple dishes at once.
