Now, getting errors for auto-reheat and just today, it began to hum after cooking rice. It is now unplugged. My other kitchen appliances are Samsung, I hope this is just a one time thing. Looking at other Samsung Microwaves.

I read comments regarding pressing the buttons and I have not had any issues. I did not have to apply any additional pressure to get the microwave to start, stop or cook. So far I have no complaints. It’s been only 1 month since I purchased this item.

I have to press the time to heat up such as 3 minutes, I have to enter 3 0 0, which is little bothersome. Also if the exhaust fan is on and I place something in the microwave to reheat, the exhaust fan will lower it self down while the microwave is doing it’s job. I thought that was strange. I don’t recall that happening in our previous Microwave Over the range which was a different maker.

I enjoy the night timer feature. The buttons could be a little more touch sensitive. There are 4 fan speeds but there is little difference between them all. They are all pretty high speed. Loving the look of the black stainless steel.

Waited two weeks with no resolutions as customer service (or lack thereof) was a joke. Will give it another try by purchase it in store instead of online.
