    We needed a new Microwave and wanted to match our Samsung Stainless Fridge. Great microwave with lots of features the only drawback is the display is hard to read in dim light and should have a back-light.

    We were pleasantly surprised how easy to use the microwave is with set prgrams for easy reheat and defrost. The inside is spacious and can accommodate larger containers or multiple items given there is a removable shelf.

    looks nice and it was very easy to install. instead of recirculating the air we ran a duct outside. very simple and that way all of the stench from cooking goes outside instead of going back into the kitchen. the charcoal filter is insufficient for bad air removal.

    I love all the features on this microwave. I never had an over the range microwave. I love the exhaust, the lights and how easy it is to clean the exhaust. I got a reminder on the microwave when it was time to clean the exhaust. That really impressed me.

    I did a lot of searches and reviews before I decided which microwave to buy. I also went to several stores before I made my purchase. Best Buy had the same price as all, but I also earned reward points not offered by the others. Have been very happy with this purchase, good performance at a low price.

    We had to replace our old one and the store did not have the one we wanted. This one does not automatically start when hitting the 30 seconds button and I don't like the way it pops popcorn or defrosts. I miss the features of my old one but this works ok for reheating. For the price, get a better one.
