Melt/soften button doesn't give any options and it never melts with 1 cycle maybe if it was on the counter but definitely takes 2 to 3 cycle to melt from fridge. Overall its ok just like my LG better.

I bought it to replace one in my FL home which had very little use due to it only being used seasonally.
