Already, the plastic keypad is blistering and I just used my finger on it. Then last night, while using the microwave, it overheated and the fan turned itself on and would not turn off, which was obviously cooling the microwave. It was blowing very hot air, and only allowed me to turn the fan off after quite a while. I unplugged it and will buy a new microwave from Best Buy, as they were excellent. Also, I just saw someone else's Samsung dishwasher and the letters of the Samsung name were coming off. I will never buy Samsung again.

This would have been the 3rd on to return if we had decided not to keep it. It was just 2 much trouble. This time we bought the warranty because we were tired of taking it in & out of the wall.
