I purchased an Excellent - Best Buy Certified open box on 03/08/2018 - this item had to be returned because it would not heat anything and emitted a smell of burning plastic. I purchased a new model on 03/24/2018 and the item arrived dented on the outside and had broken parts in the inside. On 03/31/2018 I purchased another new model to complete the original bundle set after the manager insisted there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue or take into account each time I had to pay installation fees for each item. Stay away.

Covering material on control panel already showing signs of wear. It does the job, but will likely have to be replaced within five years.
