The door closing mechanism on the first suddenly broke with normal use after 13 months. Does the basic functions and is convenient to re-warm 2 plates at once, but other functions -- vegetables, for example -- are difficult to cook without constantly consulting the manual -- which is paltry at best. Also, to mount under a cabinet, one needs to bump out installation with 2x4 to access charcoal filter. Bought again b/c fits space well and like the 4-speed fan.
