Best buy 175.00 cheaper then sears. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SAMSUNG!!

it's ok but I would not depend on it to cook a whole meal

Microwave only lasted 3 weeks and Bes vBuy t is no longer my favorite electronics store. This didnt help either!

Great Price but doesnt heat evenly. Power seems to be lacking as it takes longer to heat everything.

I bought the microwave 4 years ago. Barely used it. Only for warming up. One day it won't stop running after warming up a cup of water. Called Samsung. They covered the labor. The replacement of the panel cost me $157 and it comes with only 90 days warranty! So disappointed . A microwave should last longer than 4 years. I would NOT recommend this to anybody. Buy GE instead.

I had looked at alot of microwaves and this one caught my eye. My husband installed it, not too difficult to install. The look of the microwave is very appealing and the controls are easy to use. The food is heated through very evenly and it heats up pretty quick. I would definitely recommend this product.

This Samsung is a pretty good microwave. Nothing great. Nothing terrible. PROS 1. STAINLESS STEEL / LOOKS: We like the way this one looks and we're redoing our kitchen appliances and are going with the Samsung lines. 2. SENSOR RE-HEAT / POPCORN BUTTONS Wife loves the sensor and the built-in buttons such as for popcorn, and it does a good job with them. 3. FEELS WELL-BUILT The handle and door have a nice solid feel to them. CONS: 1. BUTTON LAYOUT *NOT* INTUITIVE We've had this microwave for several months now and I *STILL* have to think about "where's the start", "where do you set the timer', etc. The layout is just NOT clear. "Hmmm....'Hi / Lo'...ok, is that for the Light or for the Fan". You should be able to walk up to these things and just use them without reading / thinking. For most things with this microwave you can, but certainly not all. Annoying. 2. PRESS START AFTER EVERYTHING I know this is minor, but this is how I use the microwave all the time... I should just hit "+30" for how long I want. Done. But THIS microwave doesn't allow that. As soon as you hit +30, it SHOULD turn on and start...it doesn't. You must press START. Pressing +30 should imply "start NOW". It's minor, but I notice this EVERY time since this is how I use microwaves. It does make me a little concerned how long the keypad will last if you have to press Start for basically every function. 3. KITCHEN TIMER (no continual beep when countdown done) I use the built-in timer to time everything going on in the kitchen. When the kitchen timer on my previous microwave would reach zero, it would beep until you shut it off. I liked that feature as I wasn't always "right there" to hear the beeps. This microwave beeps 3 times when the timer's done, and that's it. Don't miss them! SUMMARY: It's a good looking, decent microwave with a few little annoyances about it. If I knew about these annoyances before-hand, I might have even gone with a different brand.

I'd like to review this product however the two I recieved have been damaged and one still sits here as I wait for the excellent customer service to come pick this up and return my money! The first transaction occurred on October 8 th and I still don't have a working microwave or my $293.00! How about a little attention here!

So far I love everything about this microwave It has everything I wanted and more.The door could be more heavy duty. It was easy for my husband to install with very little help from me. We love the melt/soften button. The 4 fan speeds are great. The light is bright enough for me. I have yet to find a department in Best Buy yet that the salesperson knows much about the product so I do all my research before I buy and always buy the extended warranty! Bought it on sale,used my Best Buy card with 6 month no financing,extended warranty,total with tax and free shipping $25 less than original asking price. Love my Best Buy sales.

When Good guys delivered it with our fridge, I opened the box to install myself, the top part of the microwave were crushed. Luckily, delivery guys were still working on our fridge. So, they took if back with them.

This Microwave broke this month, not buying any Samsung product as this is not the first item bri=oke with in 3-4 years

I just remodeled my entire kitchen - cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and new higher end appliances. I could not find the model I had wanted and ended up picking this product - its looks fantastic and is incredibly easy to use with more functions than anyone will ever need. For the money if far exceeded my expectations. A must have.

Easy to use and heats very fast and even. The Sensor cooking is simple and works very well. Great look and style. Had a loud, vibrating noise after a few months when cooking beyond a couple of minutes. Problem was diagnosed by the geek squad and they ordered replacement parts and scheduled service. All covered under warranty. I hope it lasts because we really love this microwave.

We picked ours up on an "open box" special. We had already decided on this make and model and were just lucky enough to catch it on special. It works wonderfully and was pretty easy for my husband and me to install. (Be sure you have all the required tools and bits before you start the installation. We had to make a last minute trip for a drill bit to bore holes- duh!) We typically use a microwave for reheating, defrosting and for a few convenience foods, but don't really "cook" in it. (i.e. If I want to roast a chicken, I use the oven, not the microwave.) With that in mind, many microwaves were simply paying for a lot of space and features we didn't need. This has worked out great so far. We haven't tried all the "features", but the multiple fan speeds is helpful, the popcorn button actually seems timed right and the defrost works well. It's also great to be able to turn off the turntable if I'm reheating something in a large, rectangular pan.

This microwave looks nice and matches my stove and other Samsung appliaces. The over-range light seems dim, even on the high setting. The microwave is LOUD every time it starts. The noise goes away after 4-5 seconds, but it is annoying. The exhaust fan is high powered, even on the lowest setting. We will never use in on levels 3 or 4. The +30 seconds button is not one touch - you still have to hit start after which is annoying, but not a deal breaker. I noticed the jump from 1,000 W on my old micowave to 1,100W on this one - food heats up VERY fast. Overall a decent microwave (especially for the price during Black Friday week sales) but I wish it didn't make so much noise every time we used it.

We purchased the microwave just before Christmas 2011. It was relatively easy to install ( basic carpentry skills - using a drill, finding a stud;had an over the range microwave already; otherwise, an electrician would have been needed to put in a dedicated "hidden" outlet). We wanted to use the recircle vent option but the instructions show an oven with a removable front grate at the top front where you would insert a charcoal filter. This mic has no such grate. We'll likely have to add duct work later to vent the mic outside. The appliance works fine except for the sensor cook option. It limits you to very few choices and tends to stay on too long when trying to reheat something - our main use for a mic. Otherwise it works well and has a cavernous opening/cooking area with a very large rotating plate.

This microwave looks great, functionally it is a good microwave. The couple problems with it is the under counter light is dismal and the control panel is a little too complex. I've had this for about a month and i sill have trouble finding the start and stop button they are in the middle just like the other ones so they don't stand out very well. Also, you have to hit start after everything you do. with my old microwave you get +30 and it started cooking fast, simple. with this one you have to hit start after the +30. Also, I have enough clocks in the house to set so I usually don't set the one on the microwave but this one makes you set it. not usually a problem but we have had the lights flicker 3 times in the past month so i have had to set it 3 times. Also, again the control panel is too busy, finding the light, kitchen timer, or anything seems to be a pain. One would think after a month you could glance and start hitting buttons but neither me or my wife have adapted to the new panel, we stare at it for a couple seconds then start hitting buttons.

This microwave actually replaced another item I had to return. So far I am satisfied with my purchase. The unit is very sleek and I like the blue LED display; a must if you have other Samsung items. I haven't had any issues of scorching and the popcorn button is pretty good, although not perfect. There are four speeds on the exhaust fan which helps clear the kitchen but be aware that the additional air movement doesn't guarantee that it gets it all. I think this is common when there is no hood above the stove to gather the steam/grease. The buttons do require extra pressure and I am not convinced that the plastic covering the buttons will hold up, but that remains to be seen. We did our own install which took awhile but no longer than the last one. Make sure you read ALL the instructions before you start. We also had the issue where the first time we brought it home there was a dent on the side and when we plugged it in, a grinding sound. We had to go through the process of returning it once but overall good price, good buy.

We purchased this microwave after the original one that came with our new home died. We've had it for about a month now and it's worked very well. Easy to clean, heats evenly, plenty of interior space. The interface isn't too complicared to understand and it overall looks nice. The sensor makes perfect popcorn every time. Good value for the money.

I have to admit, when I pulled this out of the box, I was pretty skeptical. This microwave weighs much less (about half!) than the 10-year old microwave that I was replacing. Any amount of doubt was quickly laid to rest when I fired it up. It is powerful, heats evenly, and looks great too. I am a huge fan of Samsung TVs (have an LED & 3D LED . . . , so far! - that replaced my old yet still very functional Samsung tube TVs), and was wondering if they were spreading themselves a little too thin by getting into the consumer appliance market - in addition to TVs, cell phones, etc. So far, so good, and time will ultimately tell if the Samsung electronics quality carries over to the appliance market. Based on my experience over the years with Samsung, I'm pretty certain that if you ask me 10 years from now if I made the right choice by buying this microwave, my answer will still be yes.
