The unit was easy to install and is easy to use. I would recommend definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new microwave.

It has a few Idiosyncrasies that I'm not used to but, for the most part, it performs quite well and, for the price, appears to be an excellent buy.

I am really pleased with our Samsung microwave. It was easy to learn how to use. My favorite thing about the microwave is its size... I can fit large containers & I love the "double" shelf.

All around good microwave. Nice preformance i.e. cooks fast... I like the popcorn autocook. This thing knows when to stop cooking, love it!

Like most microwaves, it performs quite adequately. Does what it is designed to and we got this one because it matched the other apliances.

1) the light is too dim, even in the Hi position. There is only one incandescent bulb which will be likely short-lived. Replacing it requires using a screwdriver. Other microwaves have 2 easy-to-replace bright bulbs. There was no way to try it out before the purchase. 2) The 6-page User Manual has just about one page of instructions and 5 pages of Safety instructions. Not a single picture. The user is supposed to be smart enough to guess how to use all the features, but dumb enough that there are 5 pages of precautionary warnings! 3) The vent has a mind of its own. It does NOT go on when you press the keypad, but goes on automatically when you don't want it, and you can't even turn it off then. 4) The keypad is poorly designed from an user viewpoint. The most commonly used functions START and STOP are not emphasized enough, and are put in an unfavorable position. They should be large and uniquely highlighted instead of being just put among many other functions. There are also too many functions which are quite confusing. This is a microwave for household use, and not a smartphone for computer engineers. 5) There is a POWER LEVEL function key but it does not work. It is not even mentioned in the User Manual, so is it supposed not to? 6) The ADD 30 seconds still require you to push the START key, it does not start the microwave as described in the User Manual. 7) The keypad feels cheap and does not return a positive click, so that you unsure if your command had been entered. 8) The turntable is oversize and goes slightly over the edge. All in all, a rather disappointing microwave. Samsung should try better with household appliances.

Easy to install and just a easy to use. the rack make it nice for heatinf up a couple items at the same time

Looks good, performs well but the next unit up would give more features for just a little more money.

Sensory cooking is outstanding. Easy to use and to clean. I would recommend this Samsung package to anyone

The Samsung microwave has sensor cooking so no more guessing as to whether your dinner plate is hot or not. The control panel is easy to use. And, it has a great sleek look.

Bought this with complete kitchen appliance makeover. Limited use so far, but seems to work very well. Love the Samsung brand!

My 2 year can now operate this microwave ..it is very easy to use and like all the preset selections

I really wanted the LED cooktop lighting to complete the look of my new Samsung kitchen appliances but I could not justify the extra $100 to get that. I'll look into a dimable LED bulb to replace the cooktop light. This microwave works great. Excellent power and the hood vent works well too. What more could you want? Especially for the money.
