Pre set one touch buttons are spot on. Potatoes, pizza slices, popcorn come out perfect. easy to clean surfaces, center rack is a nice feature too

Nice and simple microwave

This microwave works great and popcorn button makes just perfect popcorn. Heating up two different plates on different selves is nice, but I find it takes longer to heat up food that way. I also like "30 second" quick button.

However, I find it a little bit of a hassle for my reaching it. . . since I am a short person. Otherwise, my husband and I are really enjoying ourselves in using this unique microwave.

It also has impressive look but command buttons are hard to press so in the process you don't like the touch technology compared to other products that are truly 'touch"
