Great Price but doesnt heat evenly. Power seems to be lacking as it takes longer to heat everything.

I bought the microwave 4 years ago. Barely used it. Only for warming up. One day it won't stop running after warming up a cup of water. Called Samsung. They covered the labor. The replacement of the panel cost me $157 and it comes with only 90 days warranty! So disappointed . A microwave should last longer than 4 years. I would NOT recommend this to anybody. Buy GE instead.

I had looked at alot of microwaves and this one caught my eye. My husband installed it, not too difficult to install. The look of the microwave is very appealing and the controls are easy to use. The food is heated through very evenly and it heats up pretty quick. I would definitely recommend this product.

This Samsung is a pretty good microwave. Nothing great. Nothing terrible. PROS 1. STAINLESS STEEL / LOOKS: We like the way this one looks and we're redoing our kitchen appliances and are going with the Samsung lines. 2. SENSOR RE-HEAT / POPCORN BUTTONS Wife loves the sensor and the built-in buttons such as for popcorn, and it does a good job with them. 3. FEELS WELL-BUILT The handle and door have a nice solid feel to them. CONS: 1. BUTTON LAYOUT *NOT* INTUITIVE We've had this microwave for several months now and I *STILL* have to think about "where's the start", "where do you set the timer', etc. The layout is just NOT clear. "Hmmm....'Hi / Lo'...ok, is that for the Light or for the Fan". You should be able to walk up to these things and just use them without reading / thinking. For most things with this microwave you can, but certainly not all. Annoying. 2. PRESS START AFTER EVERYTHING I know this is minor, but this is how I use the microwave all the time... I should just hit "+30" for how long I want. Done. But THIS microwave doesn't allow that. As soon as you hit +30, it SHOULD turn on and start...it doesn't. You must press START. Pressing +30 should imply "start NOW". It's minor, but I notice this EVERY time since this is how I use microwaves. It does make me a little concerned how long the keypad will last if you have to press Start for basically every function. 3. KITCHEN TIMER (no continual beep when countdown done) I use the built-in timer to time everything going on in the kitchen. When the kitchen timer on my previous microwave would reach zero, it would beep until you shut it off. I liked that feature as I wasn't always "right there" to hear the beeps. This microwave beeps 3 times when the timer's done, and that's it. Don't miss them! SUMMARY: It's a good looking, decent microwave with a few little annoyances about it. If I knew about these annoyances before-hand, I might have even gone with a different brand.

I'd like to review this product however the two I recieved have been damaged and one still sits here as I wait for the excellent customer service to come pick this up and return my money! The first transaction occurred on October 8 th and I still don't have a working microwave or my $293.00! How about a little attention here!

So far I love everything about this microwave It has everything I wanted and more.The door could be more heavy duty. It was easy for my husband to install with very little help from me. We love the melt/soften button. The 4 fan speeds are great. The light is bright enough for me. I have yet to find a department in Best Buy yet that the salesperson knows much about the product so I do all my research before I buy and always buy the extended warranty! Bought it on sale,used my Best Buy card with 6 month no financing,extended warranty,total with tax and free shipping $25 less than original asking price. Love my Best Buy sales.

When Good guys delivered it with our fridge, I opened the box to install myself, the top part of the microwave were crushed. Luckily, delivery guys were still working on our fridge. So, they took if back with them.

This Microwave broke this month, not buying any Samsung product as this is not the first item bri=oke with in 3-4 years

I just remodeled my entire kitchen - cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and new higher end appliances. I could not find the model I had wanted and ended up picking this product - its looks fantastic and is incredibly easy to use with more functions than anyone will ever need. For the money if far exceeded my expectations. A must have.

Easy to use and heats very fast and even. The Sensor cooking is simple and works very well. Great look and style. Had a loud, vibrating noise after a few months when cooking beyond a couple of minutes. Problem was diagnosed by the geek squad and they ordered replacement parts and scheduled service. All covered under warranty. I hope it lasts because we really love this microwave.
